- メモ：good catchは文脈によって意味が異なる。文字通り、ボールをうまくキャッチするという意味もあるし、理想の結婚相手に対しYou are a good catch!（あなたは理想のパートナーだ）という時もある。また書類などでなにか間違いを見つけたときGood catch!（よく気付いたね！）と使える。この動画で使用されているgood catchは良い取引ができたのニュアンス（値段の割には良い物件だったので）。
